Part Two - Truth and the Establishment of a Solid Business
1. Truth and Relationship Building
It is your personal integrity that determines your long term credibility and the credibilty of your business. Many people will walk away from a business, simply because someone working there, proves to lack personal integrity. That is something that may not be or may be immediately reflected on an entire business operation. But, if you are known to deal with others on the basis of truth, you will be known to be a credible person and your business will reflect that credibility. Even if the business that you and others leave, does not have credibility any longer, hopefully, you will still be known for your personal integrity, based upon truth in principle and practise. At a later time, you will find that those who respect you, will still be open to your guidance and leading, as well as your friendship. They may even assist you, as you re-build your business, but then you can build it your way in your time. You will succeed.
2. Truth and Business Development
Business development involves a multiplicity of choices and an infinite number of possible pathways that one might take. Choices based upon untruth will ultimately lead in a direction that could bring about a potential disaster in the end. That could mean the end of your business as such, and that could also affect you and your family members on a personal level. Consider carefully the choices that you make and ask yourself, on a regular basis, if these choices are ultimately based on truth. If they are not based upon truth, then you really do not want to proceed in that direction. They are not the right choices for you to make. Choose another pathway, one that is based upon truth. That way you know that you are guaranteed to succeed in the long run.
3. Truth and Basic Business Principles
There are basic business principles that can be applied to any business and these are effective principles practised by many successful entrepreneurs. By taking a business course on almost any level, ie. business college, university or even other courses, eg. online business courses etc., one can learn about simple, elementary business principles that work. The reason that they do work, is because they are tried, tested, and true. They are ultimately based upon truth. Should you get involved in any way, with any teaching organization or company that does not base their business principles or practises upon truth, you and your company could be affected in a negative direction, or be perceived in a negative light. Seek to learn on a regular basis, but make certain that what you are learning has a basic foundation and pattern of truth. Again, you will succeed.
4. Truth and Problem Resolution
In taking a closer look at any kind of a business problems, there are several ways to looking at them, in terms of effective resolution. If the goal is not to effective resolution, then it is ultimately just a waste of one's time to do problem solving. Problems can be considered as challenges to be tackled. Or they can be considered as potential learning experiences, or as models for further development of effective problem resolution. One very important aspect of resolution has to do with perception. In other words, does one person see white and the other see black? Does one perceive in terms of western tradition or in terms of eastern tradition? Does it really make a difference? Yes, it does, particularly if one side is based upon acknowledgment of truth and reality, while the other is based upon untruth and lack of acknowledgement of the problem. Toss the issue into the 'void' and it simply does not exist? If the problem is not going to be acknowledged, there is no resolution needed? Ignore it and it will go away? No, that is simply non-resolution and what can be referred to as the 'avoidance-avoidance approach' to problem solving. That is totally unacceptable in the business world. In the tried and true, successful, entrepreneurial business world, problems are acknowledged in truth and dealt with accordingly, in order to achieve effective resolution.
Do you have problems in your business, for which you are seeking an effective resolution?
Perhaps there is a simple solution or an answer for you, based on truth?
